Data collection upon contacting us
When you contact us by letter, by phone, through the form on our website or by email, the data you provide will be stored by us for the purpose of processing your request and for any questions that might arise. They will be stored for the length of the statutory retention period. We will not disclose those data to third parties without your consent.
Data collection upon registration on our website:
Data collection upon subscription to our newsletter
You have the option of subscribing to our newsletter via the website. This newsletter provides you with specialist information, information about our events and range of products and services and also general information about our operations (e.g. availability, opening times during Christmas, relocations, company holidays, staff changes, etc.). However, we can only send you the newsletter if you give us your email address and your name and if you sign a statement, agreeing to receive the newsletter.
As soon as you have subscribed to the newsletter, we will send you a confirmation email with a link to confirm your subscription.
Having subscribed, you can of course always revoke your consent to receive the newsletter by email to the above-mentioned email address, by surface mail to the above-mentioned postal address or via the subscription link provided at the end of each newsletter. You do not need to give reasons. We will then immediately delete any of your data associated with the sending of our newsletter.
Data collection upon receiving online purchase orders:
We must point out that purchase transactions and the subsequent order handling procedure are only possible for the web shop operator if we can save the following data: name, postal address, email address, phone number, gender, title, password, username. The data you have provided are necessary to perform the contract and/or to implement pre-contractual measures. Unless we have those data, we cannot conclude the necessary contract with you. Data will not be transferred to third parties, with the exception of payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport company/shipping company commissioned by us to deliver the goods, and to our accountant to fulfil our tax obligations.
If the online purchase is cancelled without being concluded, the data we have stored will be erased. If a contract is concluded, any data arising from the contractual relationship will only be stored for as long as they are necessary. Data processing is carried out on the basis of the Austrian Telecommunications Act (TKG), Section 96 (3), and the GDPR, Article 6 (1) point a (consent) and/or Article 6 (1) point b (processing necessary for the performance of a contract).

These data are used for statistical purposes only and help to optimise the security of the hosting system.
You can prevent this by revoking your consent here.
Another way to prevent this is to change the settings in your browser so that no cookies are stored.
However, if you have activated IP anonymisation in your browser, your IP address will not be sent without first being truncated by Google within the Member States of the European Union or other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. External service providers and partner companies, such as the shipping company handling delivery or other cooperation partners, will only receive your data if this is necessary to process the contract or your purchase order. If our service providers come into contact with your personal data, we will make sure that they comply with the provisions of the data protection laws in the same way as we do.
